Jamaican Firewalk is our version of a "jerk" seasoning. We haven't liked any of the dry jerk seasonings out there, so we invented "Jamaican Firewalk".
Chicken, shrimp, pork and fish team up nicely with a coating of Firewalk. Try it on grilled pineapple or veggies!
