Q.) Are your fireplaces/firepits pre-fab? A.) All of our hearth products are manufactured out of the highest quality material. Fireplaces/Firepits 7' and under are pre-fabricated then delivered to your home. Fireplaces over 7' are typically built on-site to ensure the unit is level and to eliminate expensive delivery/crane charges. Q.) I love your pre-designed Fireplaces/Firepits, but we need something custom for our yard and space. Do you customize? A.) Yes. Just bring in the measurements of the area you're considering and we'll help you pick out the logs/glass that's right for you. While you're here we'll custom design the fireplace/firepit on our CAD program. Secure the price with a $250.00 deposit and we'll schedule an at home visit to pick out colors. Q.) What types of finishes do you offer? A.) Porcelain Tile, Travertine, Marble, Granite, 100 % Acrylic Stucco, natural and stone veneers and much more. Q.) What equipment or accessories are available? A.) Choose from quality Real Fyre Gas Logs or over 50 different colors/style of outdoor fireglass, and much much more! Q.) How are your Fireplaces/Firepits constructed? What's the warranty? A.) Our Kitchens, Fireplaces, Firepits and Bars are constructed using 20 gauge galvanized steel studs (12" centers), 1/4" and 1/2" HardieBacker fiber cement board, 100 % acrylic stucco, and the finest in porcelain tile, natural stone tops and stone facings. Our warranty is a 2 year limited warranty that protects against defects and workmanship and/or material. See store for details. Q.) What type of maintenance is required? A.) The Fireplaces/Firepits should be cleaned monthly. A grout sealer should be applied once a year to prevent staining and damage.
